Blueprint packs: full refund within 14 days of delivery if the blueprint does not match the venue details you provided. Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order reference.

Support subscriptions: cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
